As part of the Construction Management process, Tony is responsible for the following:

• Scope of work documentation
• Budget preparation, review and analysis
• Tender preparation
• Tender review and analysis
• Contract recommendation and award

As Chief Estimator, Tony is responsible for all general tender estimates. His role in sub-trade review and selection is critical to ensure the balance between competitive cost and quality is maintained.
